Creare siti web, aiutoooo

Dunque io vorrei creare un sito....e credo che con publisher ce la posso fare....ma dopo cosa devo fare? Nel senso come faccio a immetterlo in rete?

le opzioni sono due....ho ti iscrivi ad un sito che ti da un tot di spazio gratuitamente tipo :libero o altervista.....
oppure....ti compri il dominio.... e avrai un tuo sito con il www e il .it . com .net
io quello delle otakugirls .... l'ho preso da ARUBA.IT....e costa più o meno sui 20 euro l'anno...poi dipende da quale pacchetto scegli ^________^

no...ripeto c'è anche la prima opzione....quella su libero altervista ..lì sono gratis ...ma hai solo un tot di spazio
